#WearYourFandom - Hello Kitty Edition                 Yes, I am 27 years old and wear Hello Kitty to go out on a Saturday night, because there are times when only a giant shiny Hello Kitty will do. I even almost wore my glittery Hello Kitty shoes (which you see by my right ankle), but it seemed like a bit much even for me. The lace inset leggings and floral skirt did make me feel oh-so Clarissa Darling, though.                 I have heard a fair number of people make arguments that it is ridiculous for an “adult” to be so enamored of Hello Kitty. My response to these people who are doomed to a life completely devoid of whimsy is “Get the hell over it!” I will also refer to this quote.                 This particular Hello Kitty shirt was gifted to me by a coworker who picked it up for roughly 57 cents, and I am not exaggerating. I suppose this is one of the perks of being the Hello Kitty chick in the office, as she has brought me a number of Hello Kitty treasures in my 10 months at this job.
